Whether working on the smallest intervention or a larger, complex project we work with the same fundamental approach; to produce considered design outcomes for our clients through collegial and proactive co-ordination during design development, rigorous documentation, and extensive construction phase experience.
Paradoxically RODA works hard to deliver spaces that create a sense of 'ease'. Ease starts with concept design: it might be orientation, outlook, enclosure. At procurement – ease is embedded into a project by looking at appropriate building methodologies and materials specific to the brief, budget and ECI preferences. Ultimately it is borne out during occupation and engagement; in the feeling one gets from the space. 'Ease' can mean affordability, safety, dignity, amenity, beauty, resilience, or accessibility.
